Another set of lyrics from the late 70s reflecting the hippie optimism I felt at the time. This is a simple guitar part I picked and strummed for many years, and for this recording, I played using GarageBand and then imported into Apple Logic Pro X, where I embellished with lots of loops. I’ve always enjoyed German and Irish folks music, and have spent many an evening drinking heavily to the sound of accordions and fiddles. I wanted this song to showcase as much of the energy and joy of that style of music as possible.
